Kitty Coles

Hello and welcome, Thank you for stopping by, My Name is Kitty and i'm 40 years old, my books i have written so far are about my life from birth through until around 2011 when i was about 32 years old, Life for me has been bouncing from one awful relationship to another and it never seems to get better, For years i believed it was my fault, i kept choosing these horrible people and allowing them into my life and my heart, i never seemed to learn.

The last 2 year i haven't written much because i have been working hard to try and make sense of a lot of the things i don't understand about myself, i am building on my self love and trying to discover who i truly am which is a long journey that has been quite difficult.

I have mental health problems, i have autism, i am high functioning Asperger's which means i can live like most other people but i do things in a very ordered way, i do things some people might think are strange or that i do the thing is a backwards awkward way but its my way and the way my brain wants to do it. I have PTSD, Depression, severe anxiety and social anxiety, i stress about things i shouldn't but that just me, I have Bipolar too which that in its self is a bloody nightmare, i have suffered strokes which came from being over worked and also one from a beating at the hands of a Boyfriend many moons ago.

GENERAL LIFE

I live with My Fiance, our 2 Staffordshire bull terrier x English Bull Terriers, and our Albino Californian King Snake, i volunteer at our small local village Library weekly, I don't work due to health issues but doing the volunteering makes me feel like i am at least doing something worthwhile, I meet new people and have made some new friends too, I have recently been going back to church but its a new one, its been many years since i went regularly but i miss the calming feeling it gives me,

HOBBIES

I enjoy Drawing although i'm not very good at it, I like to crotchet but i do that is a stitch i seem to have made up myself, i like to colour in Mystic Dark fantasy pictures, i love gardening, nothing more uplifting on a low day than the sight of beautiful flowers bobbing in the breeze.
