With an MBA and a Master's in Leadership & Management combined with rising through the ranks of a male-dominated engineering organization, Mary forged a successful 27+ year career transforming herself from electrical engineer to successful executive leading multi-generational teams at a premier research and development organization.

After retiring from her position with Army Civil Service where she was Associate Director of 150 rocket scientists, Mary threw all her belongings in a 20' UHaul truck and towed her car all the way to Austin, TX to start her own business. Did people think she was crazy? You bet!
