Marc McLean

Marc McLean is a health and wellness journalist and author based in Loch Lomond, Scotland.

As well as producing a popular book series on weight training and nutrition, Marc is also passionate about alternative health practices, having utilised many of them to help overcome serious digestive problems.

This later led to the publication of his books, 'The Colitis Comeback: Overcome Ulcerative Colitis Naturally' and 'More Than A Gut Feeling: Natural & Simple Steps For Tackling IBS and Ulcerative Colitis'.

Marc's also hosted the podcast called 'The Colitis Healing Path', which helps people struggling with ulcerative colitis.
