Dmitry Wild

Dmitry Wild was born in Moscow, raised in Queens, New York since he was a teen and matured in East Bay, California. He came from a normal family of engineers and business entrepreneurs. Having always realized that he was somehow different he befriended a pen at the early age of 14 and continued writing every since. He started writing poetry and lyrics, and then moved on to music. In New York, he was in and out of bands, playing music and performing on stage, but deep within, the observer was writing down the events, observations, and deep outlooks on life. Never stopping the work on developing his writing voice.

Dmitry Wild crossed USA three times in a car and every one of those trips was a memorable event, but nothing quite impacted him as much as the first trip. Hence, that’s how his first book “Why Be Normal?” was born and now his book is gathering raving fans on both sides of the Atlantic. Currently he is releasing a book of poetry, prose and short stories and plans to pursue work on other books already in the spectrum of his vision.

Currently he lives in New York with his wife, Jenniffer Claroscura and his son, Wolfe Balthazar.
