Amanda Huggins

Amanda Huggins is the author of three novellas: The Blue of You (Northodox Press), Crossing the Lines and All Our Squandered Beauty. She has also published four collections of short fiction and two poetry collections.

Amanda's work has appeared in numerouus anthologies and in publications including the Guardian, The Telegraph, Harper's Bazaar, Traveller, Popshot, Mslexia, Wanderlust and Tokyo Weekender. Her short fiction has also been broadcast on BBC radio.

Her writing awards include the BGTW New Travel Writer of the Year Award, the Colm Toibin International Short Story Award, the Kyoto Mayoral Prize, the H E Bates Short Story Prize and three Saboteur Awards for her novellas and poetry. Amanda has also been a runner-up in the Costa Short Story Award, the Fish Short Story Prize and the Harper's Bazaar Short Story Award.
