Bryan W Cantrell

Bryan W Cantrell is a lover of God, Family, and life. Cantrell is the author of “Portrait of an Aviator.” Best known by friends and family as the man that survived both an airplane and helicopter crash. He is often referred to as Mr. Lucky or Mr. C. by his students. During the long convoluted recovery from his second crash, which included a traumatic brain injury, Cantrell reached into the writing world to find peace in his life. Cantrell had nearly completed his dissertation, but crashed short of defense.

Cantrell’s main accomplishment thus far, amongst many, is the completion of “Portrait of an Aviator.” “Portrait of an Aviator” is a novel based on the real life events of Bryan W. Cantrell. He writes about his passion for flying with clarity and affection. Cantrell was a licensed pilot at the age of seventeen, which filled his life with adventure and nearly took it twice. Cantrell, has already planned his next book based on the cognitive side of brain injuries mixed with passion, path selection, goal searching, and life. Cantrell will soon be on the path to finish his doctorate. Finishing his Ed.D. is important to Cantrell. Bryan has been an adjunct professor of computer Science position for the past nine years. If anything, Cantrell hopes that his story will touch lives and help others.
