This man understands the perpetrators and dupes of fraud schemes as well as those responsible for the administration and enforcement of our laws.

On publication of his first novel, Mixed Company, first in the Decent Men series, Andy was asked why he undertook this new discipline as a novelist. His response is telling: “I’ve been reading and writing competing, credible fiction all my professional career. Besides, I wanted to see if I could tell engaging contemporary stories using insights learned during my trek through life. Why not?”
