Steve lives in Long Island, NY, with his wife, Gabriele. Steve’s occupation, as a safety and risk control consultant for over 30 years, involved extensive travel and non-fiction writing. Retiring in 2018, he had begun writing novels about ten years ago, intending to publish them upon his retirement.
Steve has been an avid reader of many genres since high school and The Kiss Off, a 1930s murder mystery set in NYC; was published in 2017. Based upon the reception of The Kiss Off, he published “Murder on Dog Island in 2018.” The story begins where the first story ended. Steve will be releasing Havana Rules, the third novel in the Mike Callahan Mystery series, in the summer of 2020.
He has also completed a historical action-adventure story set in India in the 1700s and a modern-day horror-fantasy trilogy. In the trilogy story, a young man out on the town is drawn into a world he never dreamed existed. In addition to Havana Rules, Steve also just finished a thriller, Hacked. The story takes place in NYC, where an NYPD detective purses a serial killer.
