Aloha from Oahu - where I have resided since 1992. I have been avidly reading and occasionally writing since my Virginia girlhood. Since Fall of 2000 I have the pleasure of teaching world travelers meditation, yoga and fitness at a four diamond resort and spa. I hope through my books to share my flexible journey with you.
