Amanda Lambros is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), relationship therapist, bestselling author, and self-care advocate with over 25 years of experience in helping people deepen connection, with others and with themselves.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Amanda is the Director of Amanda Lambros Consulting and the Grief Recovery Institute of Australasia. She holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Counselling and the world’s first Master of Forensic Sexology.
Her work spans therapy, keynotes, retreats, and programs that focus on love, loss, mental wellbeing, and personal growth. Amanda is best known for her honest, compassionate, and slightly cheeky approach to life’s most important relationships.
She is the author of several books, including Love, Between the Lines (for couples) and Me, Between the Lines (a self-care journal for individuals). Through her writing, Amanda continues her mission to help people live, love, and lead with intention.
When she’s not writing or speaking, you’ll find her being “Mum” to two incredible teenage boys, travelling often, drinking great coffee, and finding joy in life’s beautifully ordinary moments.
