Mike Bensi

Mike helps organizations build strategies that transform their culture and employee experience, as well as the leaders who support both. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He’s also the author of Success of Failure and often speaks at various conferences and seminars.
