Dr. Sharon H. Porter

Dr. Sharon H. Porter (Dr. Sharon) resides in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She is the CEO and President of SHP Enterprise, which is the umbrella entity of Perfect Time SHP LLC, Coaching, Consulting, and Book Publishing Firm, The G.R.I.N.D. (The GRIND) Entrepreneur Network, and is the Executive Director of the Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principal Leadership Academy (APLA). She is Co-Founder, owner, and Editor-In-Chief of Vision and Purpose (V &P) Magazine and is Co-Founder and Vice President (Media and Communication) for The What Now Movement (WNM Ventures LLC).

Dr. Sharon is the host and creator of the I Am Dr. Sharon Show, Education FIRST, The Book Talk Show, and It's All Business, LIVE in-studio interview shows. She is also host and creator of Write the Book Now!™ Interview and Podcast Show, the GRIND Entrepreneur Network ™ Spotlight Podcast, and Leadership Matters With Dr. Sharon ™ Vod/Podcast

Dr. Sharon has served as an educator for over 25 years. She currently serves as an elementary principal in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education at Winston-Salem State University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum & Instruction at National-Louis University, Administration & Supervision Post Graduate Certification at the Johns Hopkins University, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree at Walden University, and Doctorate of Education (Ed. D.) in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Howard University.

Sharon holds a National Association of Elementary School Principal (NAESP) Principal Mentor Certification and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Sisters 4 Sisters Network, Incorporated (S4SN Inc), International Women Association, (IAW) Professional Women of Winston-Salem (PWWS), Association of Women in Business Association (AWBA) and Forbes Coaches Council. Dr. Sharon serves on the Board of Advisors for Envision, Lead, Grow (ELG).
