David Tuck

David Tuck is the Head of History and Politics at Harrow International School Hong Kong, one of the region's leading British international schools, renowned for its academic excellence and distinguished heritage. With over 25 years of experience in British independent education, including at Eltham College and Stamford School, he serves as the eLearning Boost Series Editor for Hachette Learning and was previously Deputy Editor of Politics Review. He has written more for the Pearson Edexcel A level Politics qualification than any other author.

David serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of International Schools Today, for which he is also a writer. A prolific commentator on educational pedagogy, he further contributes to publications such as the Times Educational Supplement, Conference and Common Room, and the Independent Schools Magazine. He has additionally worked as a freelance political correspondent for Greatest Hits Radio.

David is also an Instructor for History Camp, the educational programme of The Concord Review. Founded in 1987 in the United States, The Concord Review is the only quarterly journal in the world dedicated to publishing exemplary history essays by secondary students, and its standards are widely respected by leading universities internationally. In this role, David works with students both remotely and in person in Shanghai, China, guiding them through the research and writing process to produce rigorous, well-supported academic scholarship.

David is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and the Chartered College of Teaching, reflecting his significant contributions to education and pedagogy.
