Lisa is the author of two acclaimed books available on Amazon, Don't Be an Asshole Yoga Teacher and Seven Secrets to a Successful Yoga Teacher, both celebrated for their honest, empowering approach to the yoga profession.

Dorian Mitchell, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist, and visionary entrepreneur known for blending evidence-based practices with heart-centered leadership. To complement their latest book, Choose Your Hard, Dorian created Disciplan, an innovative app designed to help users set, track, and maintain meaningful goals, turning intentional habits into lasting change.
Together, Lisa and Dorian co-owned three thriving yoga studios in the suburbs of Philadelphia, fostering community, growth, and healing.
