Hello! My name is Tim Gray and I'm a cookbook author. Why cooking? Because it’s my life and I cook since I was 12 years old!

Born, raised and now lives in Seattle, Washington. 42 ears old. Married and has 2 children.

Working as a chef in restaurants, I uncovered the secrets of ideal recipes. Traveling in different countries, I collected unusual recipes, studied the features of the national cuisine. Then I started write food articles for local magazines.

Now I write books in which the main thing is to give the reader simple and useful information that will improve cooking and health.
