Mark J. Mitchell’s latest novel, The Magic War just appeared from Loose Leaves Publishing. He studied writing at UC Santa Cruz under Raymond Carver and George Hitchcock.

His most recent novel is "A Book of Lost Songs" a historical tale of the Troubaours and the campaign against the Cathars.

He's a widley published poet, having published over 1400 poems in anthologies and . His most recent full-length collection is "Something to Be" from Pski's Porch about the life of work.
