Jason Scheckner

For over 20 years, Jason has led sales organizations from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups across numerous industries. Jason is a published author on sales strategies, including his co-authored book Cutting Edge Sales, and frequently speaks on the subjects of building scalable sales teams, successfully selling to the Fortune 1000, and leading sales operations and marketing strategies.

Jason is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at HiredScore, where he leads the roll-out of artificial intelligence solutions to large, global companies. Before joining HiredScore, Jason was the VP of Sales at WayUp, a recruitment marketplace focused on early careers. At WayUp Jason grew sales by 540% year-over-year and built the sales organization from seed stage to a multi-million dollar recurring revenue and scalable operation in 16 months, including through acquisition and Series B raise of $18.5M.

Prior to WayUp, Jason was the VP of Sales for Haystack IQ, a knowledge discovery service for innovation and R&D professionals to search the world's patents and non-patent literature. Previously, he also served as the SVP of Sales at BountyJobs, a vendor management marketplace that connects the world’s top employers with the right search firms filling jobs. Following Jason’s 6 years at BountyJobs, their clients included over 30% of the Fortune 1000, earning them Inc 500 Honors three years in a row.

Jason began his career in sales at Vector Marketing and moved on to hold various Sales roles at DHL, including Global Account Executive, where he was one of the top sales representatives in the country.

Jason attended Franklin & Marshall College and lives in Redding, Connecticut with his family.
