Dwayne Meeks is a nationally recognized fatherhood architect, systems influencer, and transformational voice for men, fathers, and families. For more than 25 years, he has stood at the intersection of healing, leadership, education, and community—helping men move from survival mode to purpose, presence, and legacy.

As President and CEO of Urban Colors Fatherhood Experience, Dwayne has launched and led fatherhood initiatives, networks, and councils across the United States, equipping schools early childhood and K-12, courts, hospitals, nonprofits, and public systems with practical frameworks to authentically engage fathers and strengthen families. His work has influenced policy, practice, and culture challenging outdated narratives about men while restoring responsibility, dignity, and connection.

Dwayne has delivered over 450 keynotes, workshops, and trainings in 24 states and 3 countries, translating research, lived experience, and cultural wisdom into actionable strategies that change lives. He is the co-author of Pieces Never Missing Required in a Child’s Life with Judge Arthur L. Burnett Sr., and the author of Little Black Boy, Who Do You See? and The 48 Laws of Fatherhood, books that speak directly to identity, accountability, healing, and generational impact.

Beyond the page and the stage, Dwayne is a husband, father, actor, songwriter, and music producer.
