D'onte J. Carroll

D'onte Jon Carroll, Sr., resides in the Washington, D.C., area. He was raised by a single mother, who always instilled in him that God is everything. Carroll grew up in church and at the age of 13, he accepted the right hand of fellowship, was baptized, and joined the body of Christ. Carroll is an avid poet and writer. His first book, From Pain to Poetic Justice: Reflections in Poetry, was published in 2012. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Strayer University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Howard University. His website is http://www.dontecarroll.com.
