Dr. Ray A. Letteer has over 40 years of specialized training and experience in information technology, enterprise architecture, information assurance/cybersecurity leadership, management, course development and delivery, and enterprise security. This experience is from a wide range of environments, including highly classified military networks as well as unclassified federal and state civilian systems. Ray is recognized as one of the most experienced cybersecurity leaders in the Department of Defense, and an acknowledged expert in cybersecurity policy, processes, security engineering, and mission implementation.
