Matt Elledge

Matt Elledge is a father, a husband, and a Veteran of the United States Army. With over 25 years of military leadership experience, Matt has led organizations from 30 to 5,000 people in and out of combat. He uses the Buy In principles in his own organization and to help guide others in creating and environment of Buy In with their people to achieve incredible success in their business. After retiring from the Army, Matt now has the privilege to serve those who served as the Director of Texas Veterans Land Board as well as assist business leaders in developing strategic plans and creating an environment of Buy In based off of lessons learned during his military service. Since he has never met a microphone he doesn't like, Matt speaks to organizations about his experiences in and out of the military to motivate and inspire people to reach for and attain their personal and organizational goals through principles he learned in and out of combat as a leader in the Army.
