Bryan C. Laesch

Bryan C. Laesch--the former Omni-Genre Author and the Horror Author--is now the Catholic Horror Author. Partly because his Catholic faith is becoming a bigger influence on his writing, but also because he hopes it will get him clicks and engagement. It might, but he has stiff competition from Sr. Allison Gliot from the Daughts of St. Paul who writes young adult vampire fiction.

Bryan got his start writing horror when he wrote a 207,000 word epic called Remnants of Chaos: Chaotic Omens. Taking inspiration from action horror games and movies, as well as symphonic heavy metal, Bryan set out to stake his claim in the world of genre fiction. Unfortunately, ROCCO didn't get very far, but the book's more horrific elements helped set him on his current path as a horror author. Taking inspiration from Lovecraft, Poe, King, and dark fantasy, he forges his own unique stories, focusing on stories featuring the Michigan Dogman, sea serpents, and spiritual warfare.

Besides writing horror, Bryan debates going back to the other genres, is a firearms and motorcycle enthusiast, dabbles in foreign languages, and struggles to get better at Chess.

He currently resides in Metro Detroit, MI, but dreams of moving out into the country, if the economy ever recovers.
