Hemant Pandey

Hemant is a mathematician, writer, educator and independent thinker based in Mumbai, India.

He has spent much of his career teaching mathematics, particularly IIT-JEE Mathematics, while also writing about ideas, human thinking, technology and the future. He writes on Quora and has built a substantial body of work spanning mathematics, education, artificial intelligence, philosophy and the human experience.

His current work increasingly focuses on AI, human intelligence, awareness and the future of human expertise. He explores questions such as: What happens when AI becomes better than humans at many forms of intellectual work? What remains uniquely human? How should education change?
