Loyd Ericson

Loyd Isao Ericson received his BS in philosophy at Utah Valley University and pursued an MA in philosophy of religion and theology at Claremont Graduate University. He is the co-editor of Discourses in Mormon Theology: Philosophical and Theological Possibilities (Greg Kofford Books, 2007) and series co-editor of Perspectives on Mormon Theology (Greg Kofford Books, 2015–). Loyd has been published in Sunstone, Element: The Journal of the Society for Mormon Philosophy and Theology, and the Claremont Journal of Mormon Studies, which he helped found. Since 2009 he has been the managing editor of Greg Kofford Books. Besides that boring stuff, he's an avid mountain biker, has a passion for the outdoors, and dabbles in Wittgensteinian philosophy and liberation theology.
