Cheryl Reed

Cheryl Reed is the youngest of seven children raised on a small farm in southwestern Indiana to parents who believed if the church doors were open, their family should be inside.

She started reading her mother's Harlequin Romance novels as an elementary school student and learned to speak proper English by watching her grandmother's "stories" (i.e. The Guiding Light, Young & the Restless and As the World Turns).

A decade as a print journalist led to a career in public relations in Indianapolis where, according to her family, Cheryl became "city-fied." She's comfortable with that description. She lives with her husband and daughter in Indianapolis.

When she's not relating publicly, she blogs at teamreedblogatblogspotdotcom and occasionally writes articles for publication. "Retribution" is her first novel.
