Cheryl Reed

Cheryl Reed is the youngest of seven children raised on a small farm in southwestern Indiana to parents who believed if the church doors were open, their family should be inside.

She started reading her mother's Harlequin Romance novels as an elementary school student and learned to speak proper English by watching her grandmother's "stories" (i.e. The Guiding Light, Young & the Restless and As the World Turns).

After a decade as a print journalist, she launched a successful career in public relations in Indianapolis where, according to her family, Cheryl became "city-fied." She's comfortable with that description. She lives with her husband in Indianapolis.

"Retribution"- Book 1 in the "Heartland Revenge" series - marked her debut in fiction writing.
