Susan Kain

Susan Kain is a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher and an educator for over 30 years. Her current children's classes include those for Mommy and Baby, Crawlers, Toddlers and Preschoolers.

She's excited to have teamed up with illustrator Lauren Carney to create a growing collection of books specially designed for the littlest of yogis. These interactive books feature beautiful illustrations alongside photographs of children in each of the yoga poses. Each page invites your little one to "be one too" and follow along by becoming a dog, a tree, a butterfly, and more. The final pose of each book is a reminder that we are all perfect just being ourselves.

Her first book, 'I Can Be One Too! A Child's Book of Yoga Poses', came to be from the persistence of parents and caregivers desiring copies of the books she created as supplemental material for use in her classes.

The Spanish version,' iLo Puedo Ser Tambien! Un Libro de Nino de Poses de Yoga', followed with requests from fellow yoga instructors who teach Spanish speaking children.

Most recently, Susan completed, 'We Can Be One Too! A Child's Book of Yoga Poses'. This companion book features twelve new poses with a brother and sister as the student models.
