Marcus Marsden

Marcus is Managing Partner of The Coach Partnership and The Works Partnership, two companies that have worked with the ontological coaching approach for over 20 years. He is the author of 'Start With Who' and the co-author of 'Fit To Lead' where his co-author was his wife, Sari. Together, the books serve as practical applications of the ontological method.

Marcus is passionate about personal development, fitness, leadership development, nutrition, coaching and giraffe conservation. Both of his books reflect his passion to challenge conventional thinking.

When not writing or exercising, Marcus is listening to the music of Bob Dylan. With two books to his name by the age of 54, it seems unlikely that Marcus will ever match his hero's quality or quantity of output.
