Michael Bryant (1970-) is a self-proclaimed "Average Joe" who believes that millenial males are sorely lacking in the skills and tools needed to become men, largely due to the fact that his generation (Gen X) failed to pass these things along. I am a devoted husband and father of two teenage sons who has experienced all of the scenarios listed in my writing, either first-hand or through interaction with young boys. I served as a church-league basketball coach for 12 years, which prepared me for this more than I ever realized. This book was written out of the growing frustration that came from watching young men stumble through life clueless and complacent. Its design is to serve as a "quick-start" guide to set them on the right course. It is by no means comprehensive as it would take a much larger script to accomplish that task; however, it acts as an "idiot-proof" approach to an anything-but-simple topic: Manhood.
