Karen Edmonds

Karen Edmonds is the author of numerous health publications, and has worked professionally as a proofreader, editor, researcher, senior writer, managing editor, freelancer, and teacher. She’s a descendent of English Puritans who sailed to Massachusetts aboard the flagship Arbella in 1630 to escape religious persecution. Karen lived in France and enjoys traveling there, but she believes New Mexico green chili outshines almost all French cuisine. She and her husband live near Durango, Colorado, and enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and Caribbean cruises.
