Ron Bracy

Dr. Ron Bracy (1944 – Present) was born at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, and was adopted at the age of five. Growing up in Bethesda, Arkansas, he entered the Air Force Academy after high school. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 42 years and is a veteran of the Vietnam War where he flew 183 combat missions. He was on duty in the Pentagon on 9-11-01 during the terrorist attack. He is a retired minister and has been a guest speaker for conferences, seminars, and civic events. He has taught at all levels of education and currently teaches at Geneva Classical Christian School, Boerne, TX. He was featured in the August 2016 San Antonio Magazine as one of the area’s top private school educators. He is married to Judith VanHyfte Bracy. They have one daughter living and one son killed in the War on Terror; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Early in his adult life Bracy read these words: “A building under construction is never completed.” Those words reflect his view of life and the Christian faith. He is still learning how to "Walk On."
