Paula Nicolás is a (Spanish - Bulgarian author). She is a graduate in Spanish Philology and has a Master’s degree in Literary Criticism and Spanish-American Literature. The author is bilingual, completely fluent in Spanish and Bulgarian, she also speaks Italian, Russian and English.

She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian/Spanish Writers.

Also the writer is chosen to enter the Anthology of the National Museum of Literature for 2018, a project of the Ministry of Culture.

Since she was little she has started writing poetry and prose, winning numerous literary contests for adolescents. At the age of 13 she published her first stories and poems in specialized publications.

The author lived and worked as a journalist, university lecturer and Director of the Spanish Department at the Nicaragua People's University in Managua. She is also author of the textbook “The Spanish norm and the Nicaraguan speech”.

Boyka Nicolás is a Chair of a Non-Governmental Organization based in Madrid, which is dedicated to humanitarian causes, social integration and sensitization, as well as international cooperation. She also worked as an intercultural mediator and Spanish teacher at the Municipality of Madrid.

Her book "Thank, Love, Forgive", published in Spanish, English and Bulgarian, is currently a bestseller and the author is a frequent guest on television and radio shows.

Her novels “The Miracle” and "I love Myself", also published in Spanish, English and Bulgarian, has been a great success.

Currently, Boyka Nicolás also runs the "Spanish Academy", which through her representatives distributes Spanish language and culture around the world. The author enjoys writing, teaching, traveling, experimenting and continuously learning new things.

A parte de ser totalmente bilingüe (castellano y búlgaro), domina el italiano, el ruso y el inglés.

Asimismo su obra está presente en la Antología del Museo Nacional de Literatur, un proyecto del Ministerio de Cultura.

Desde pequeña empieza a escribir prosa y poesía ganando concursos literarios juveniles. A los 13 años son publicadas algunas de sus poesías y cuentos en periódicos especializados.

La escritora ha vivido y trabajado como periodista, profesora universitaria de castellano y Directora del Área de Lenguaje en la Universidad Popular de Nicaragua (UPONIC) en Managua.

Es autora del manual “La norma castellana y el habla nicaragüense”, Managua, Nicaragua.

Es asimismo presidenta de una ONG con sede en Madrid que se dedica a causas humanitarias, de sensibilización, integración social y cultural, así como a proyectos de cooperación para el desarrollo.

Ha trabajado también como mediadora intercultural y profesora de castellano para la Comunidad de Madrid.

Sus libro "Me quiero" y "El milagro" son actualmente bestseller, por lo que es frecuente encontrarla en entrevistas para la TV, Radio y prensa.

Actualmente dirige “Academia Hispánica” que a través de sus distintas sedes se dedica a divulgar la cultura hispana y el idioma español.
