Jeff Naeem

Destined for entrepreneurship at an early age, Jeff Naeem sold wrapping paper door-to-door at the ripe old age of seven. While still in school, he became one of the top 100 sales performers in the country for Cutco knives. He earned a concentration in philosophy at Hamilton College.

After college, fear of living in a box drove him to take a job in financial services. After growing weary of the 9-5 grind, at the suggestion of a friend, he decided to hang up the suit and tie and become a full time junk guy. He likes to say he traded in junk bonds for junk removal and he loves what he does. Jeff started doing the hauling himself but now his company Junk-A-HaulicsŪ has a fleet of trucks, multiple locations, a team of clean cut professional haulers and a growing brand ripe for franchising. The company became profitable in just three months and has grown 50-75% each year. As he continues to expand in the New Jersey market he plans on eventually offering franchises to likeminded entrepreneurs who want to grow his brand, which his tagline best sums up as “The Professionals In A Dirty Business.”

Jeff has spoken before local and regional business organizations and has been interviewed on Jim Beach’s “School for Startups” syndicated radio show, featured in New Jersey Business magazine, The “Daily Record”, has guest blogged for the worldwide Entrepreneurs’ Organization and is on the Board of the EO Accelerator. He has also appeared as a workshop presenter for the Next Level Conference, sponsored by the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

When Jeff isn’t running his business, he is either hiking and enjoying other outdoor activities, live music or sampling craft beer.
