I'm an engineer by training and a theologian by calling, and that combination is the secret. I earned my engineering degree from Georgia Tech and my master's from the University of Miami, then went on to earn bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in theology. I spent more than two decades in engineering and corporate leadership before God repositioned me to build people the way I once built systems. Where engineering precision meets human potential, that's where I work.

I'm a 5X bestselling author of eight books, including the Amazon #1 bestseller CROWNed by Design: A Faith-Based, Room-By-Room Guide To Build A Six-Figure Business With Peace, Purpose, And Profit, with a foreword by Dr. Cindy Trimm.
