Katy Craig is a coach, curriculum designer, facilitator, and lifelong improviser who believes growth should be both grounded and bold. For over 25 years, she’s supported high-achieving individuals and mission-driven teams in navigating complexity, leading with intention, and living in alignment with what matters most.

Katy triple-majored in French, English, and Communications as a Boettcher Scholar in undergrad. She also holds an MFA in Creative Writing, an MA in English, and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Art & Practice of Leadership Development, as well as CTI’s Co-Active Leadership and the Daniels College of Business’ High Performance Leadership programs. Katy coaches individuals and speaks on leadership development nationally and internationally, across corporate, nonprofit, higher education, and government organizations. She lives in Denver with her partner Dan, their twins Liam and Everett, dog Callie, and cat Mia.
