Amy Gamble

Amy Gamble, OLY, is an award-winning mental health advocate, speaker, and author whose work explores resilience, grief, identity, mental health, and the unexpected ways we find our way through life’s hardest seasons.

An Olympian and former NCAA Division I athlete, Amy spent years believing resilience was about pushing through. Life taught her something more complicated. Drawing from extraordinary experiences as well as ordinary moments, she writes with honesty, humor, and reflection about what it means to keep going when life doesn’t unfold the way we imagined.

Amy is the author of *Unsilenced: A Memoir of Healing from Trauma*, *Bipolar Disorder: My Biggest Competitor*, *Everyday Resilience*, and *Confidence, One Step at a Time*. Her personal essays and reflections invite readers into stories that are deeply personal while exploring experiences that are universally human.

A lifelong storyteller and speaker, Amy brings the same conversational style to the page that she has brought to audiences throughout her career.

When she’s not writing, Amy enjoys hiking, reading, playing the piano, and spending time at home with her animals.
