Inspired by her Indian roots, Geeta Vara is a London-based Ayurvedic practitioner and author with over 20 years of clinical experience. Her work bridges ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with the realities of modern life, helping women navigate midlife with greater clarity, resilience and vitality.
Specialising in longevity and healthy ageing, Geeta supports those experiencing hormonal shifts, low energy and chronic stress, guiding them to restore rhythm and balance. Rooted in Rasāyana, Ayurveda’s science of rejuvenation, her work combines nutrition, lifestyle, breathwork, movement and therapeutic treatments to create sustainable, embodied wellbeing. Her approach honours both science and spirit, offering a modern yet deeply authentic path to ageing with strength and ease.
Geeta holds a BSc and PG Dip in Ayurvedic Medicine from Middlesex University and has spent extensive time studying and practising Ayurveda in India.
