Thomasina Shealey is an economist by training and an educator at heart, she holds a B.A. in Economics from SUNY New Paltz, New York (1979) and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, California (1988). Her more than four-decade career spans finance, global mobility, real estate, corporate training, consulting, and entrepreneurship, reflecting a deep commitment to financial fluency, career development, professional pivots, and navigating life transitions with purpose and enjoyment. Now semi-retired, Thomasina continues to share her expertise through writing, publishing, consulting, mentoring, and lecturing, while pursuing creative interests and an active lifestyle that includes travel, learning new languages, French antiquing, cycling, hiking, early morning swims in the sea and long walks through the vineyards; dividing her time between the United States and the south of France.
