Peter Kagel

I've learned that we're just energy in packages so I give the once-over to everyone I can, often to my delight because social intercourse is indispensable food for the soul. 45 years of lawyering has taught me that laughter is the lubrication of life. Combine that with some healthy skepticism built on the realization that we're largely savage animals pretending otherwise and you end up with my sense of humor, satire, irony, dry wit. I believe that there's no such thing as too much fun, unless, of course, you crash and burn at the other end. As you can see I'm wearing a WORK KILLS shirt which I created and trademarked. I get compliments every time I wear it because people feel they are trapped. They realize, as I do, that all you have in life is time. So I write to make people laugh; it helps people keep their sanity, such as it is. In the last analysis, the slower time goes by the more pain you're in so it's always a good idea to follow your heart and laugh as much as possible. .
