LaTanya Michell Brooks

LaTanya Michell Brooks is a children’s book author, speaker and educator. As a young child, she was raised with the belief that no one should be disadvantaged because of gender, disability or background, and that education is a powerful tool in overcoming obstacles. She maintains that the mind is ever expanding and capable of great feats. LaTanya graduated from the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University. Ultimately, in 2006, she decided to pursue a career in education. With her academic knowledge, she continues to inspire young minds.
