Raquel Guajardo

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, runs a cooking school in Monterrey, specializing in fermentation. She also supports local, organic and sustainable farming. She started her own brand of fermented foods and beverages, which can be found in stores in several Mexican cities.
