Daniel P. Wilde

Dan Wilde was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his eyes on the snow-capped peaks outside the hospital windows. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah before attending law school in San Diego, California. He has spent the last 15 years practicing law in California and Utah, but would rather not.

Dan has an incredible, beautiful wife and 6 amazing children who love everything about him, especially his hair. Between work, family, and spending as much time as possible outdoors (hiking, biking, skiing, camping, golfing, kayaking) there is little time to write; but when he finds time to write, his interests center on dystopian and apocalyptic concepts, as you will see in his first three books (The Killing Sands series).

Dan is nearly finished with his second 3-book series, which delves into the unknown with events surrounding popular, historical legends such as the Fountain of Youth, the Lost City of Gold, sasquatch, and the Bermuda Triangle.
