Lloyd R. Johnson

Lloyd retired after 40 years in the financial services industry as a financial advisor and insurance agent. In retirement, 2007 through 2015, he joined the faculty of Presbyterian CREDO, a spiritual and educational program for Pastors where he counseled pastors on their personal finances during eight day conferences twice a year. They also examined their spiritual, vocational life, personal and mental health. The program is sponsored by The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

He is prepared by the Presbytery of New York City at Auburn Theological Seminary for commissioned pastoral service. In addition to workshop presentations, Lloyd has been invited to preach the Gospel by churches in New York City, nearby New Jersey and Westchester County.

Lloyd is the author of THE PASTOR'S RED BOOK, GIVING TIME, and FOOLS NEVER RAISE THEIR THOUGHTS SO HIGH.

He and his wife, Dora, are both ruling elders and members of Eastchester Presbyterian Church, Bronx NY. They have a son and daughter and seven grandchildren. They are also volunteers with Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc.
