Roger Frampton

Roger Frampton is a movement coach and the creator of The Frampton Method, a practical approach to mobility that helps people move well for life.

He came to movement later than most. During his years working as an international model, he shifted from weight training to bodyweight and gymnastics style training to stay lean. That is when he realised how limited his own movement was. He could not touch his toes or sit comfortably in a squat. That curiosity led him to study how the body really works and how it adapts.

Roger is best known for his TED Talk Why Sitting Down Destroys You, viewed by millions worldwide. His books 'The Flexible Body' and 'Stretch' have helped thousands of people rethink how they care for their joints and movement.

His message is simple. You are not broken. Often it is the environment, not the body, that shapes how we feel. With the right daily input, the body can change.

His books are designed to be used, with practical plans that help people build a short daily movement practice and focus on getting strong in the basics that matter for life.
