Gabrielle Lilly MA

Gabrielle D. Lilly was born in 1971 outside Bellingham, WA and moved to New Mexico with her mother in 1975. She grew up in the arroyos and streams of Northern New Mexico, dreaming of wild horses, dancing to the wind, and building alters from river stones. Her family did not have a television much of her childhood, so she developed her love of reading and writing before she started school.

Gabrielle adopted the name "Angel" as she transitioned into adulthood at age 13 and lived a relatively high drama life for many of her teen years. She was the first high school dropout in a maternal line of scholars, educators, and engineers, and later went back to college for 15 years, studying a wide variety of topics. Some of the most influential were ceramics, photography, native American literature, creative writing, biochemistry, and anatomy, including 18 months of intensive study of Chinese Medicine.

Gabrielle holds two MA degrees, one in Organizational Management, and the other in Special Education, with an emphasis on mental retardation and a special interest in autism and the Asperger spectrum. She was a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker for about ten years, and still runs a coherence and alchemy supply shop on eBay and Etsy, called Sleeping Dragons Company.

Gabrielle is currently an active blogger, vlogger, musician, author and artist.
