Suzanne Brown is a consultant, speaker, 4-time award-winning author*, and avid international traveler. She helps companies become more balance-friendly and working moms (and dads) create a more balanced lifestyle.
She worked in the demanding marketing agency industry at large companies and realized early on that work-life balance was not a focus for the industry. Eventually, Suzanne did find an agency that enabled a more balanced lifestyle after getting her MBA. Over time she found her way to entrepreneurship, where she created a lifestyle built around being the mom she wants to be and staying engaged in exciting and interesting projects for her clients.
Suzanne shares her own experience and extensive research, combined with knowledge from more than 110 interviews with professional working moms to enable other working moms to create the balance they crave. Through practical tips and advice, she helps working moms and companies look at balance differently and take action.
You can often find Suzanne, her husband, and their two active young boys during non-work time on a local hike in Austin, TX, or a far-off adventure.
