Sandra Nicole

Sandra Nicole is an award-winning author, writer, mom, and publisher from Flint, Michigan.

She enjoys writing stories that reflect pieces of her own life through the diverse characters that she creates.

Sandra's passion for writing was sparked at the age of eight, when she entered a writing contest sponsored by Ebony/JET magazine. Though she didn't win the contest, a letter from the committee addressing her as a writer, helped her discover her love for crafting stories.

Her dream of becoming a published author would be met with rejection, struggles with self esteem, a failed marriage, homelessness, and other issues that seemed to plague her life. In 2002, Sandra set out to realize her publishing dreams by publishing her own book; which led to the launch of her own publishing and consulting firm. In 2014 and 2017, Sandra signed publishing contracts with two traditional publishers, and in 2018, returned to her indie publishing roots with her newest book releases.
