Beate Nimsky

Beate Nimsky has been dedicated to energy work, meditation, Chi Gong, healthy nutrition, and consciousness for over thirty years. She is passionate about empowering women and men to embrace their power and succeed in their lives. Alongside her extensive knowledge, she brings joie de vivre, courage, and enthusiasm to her mission.

Beate is the author of three books, including “Ask - and Create Your Life,” and hosts a podcast that prepares people for the New Earth Vibration. Its name is “New Earth Vibration & Soul Alignment”.

For over three decades, she has been guiding executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs in transforming corporate culture and achieving a positive personal energy to optimize their leadership of employees.

Her specialized Conscious Leader Coaching Program, "Quantum Leadership Mastery," empowers individuals to harness their strength and shape their lives from a higher vibrational perspective.

Her Journey:

After completing her apprenticeship as an insurance saleswoman, Beate worked at Rank Xerox in Mannheim and Düsseldorf for ten years. There, she served as a technical operations manager, assistant to the managing director for personnel and training, and head of the word processing department. She also managed product marketing and introduced the first memory typewriter in Germany. In 1983, she became the sales manager for Bavaria at Ericsson, where she built a team to establish specialized trade sales for IBM-compatible PCs.

In 1986, Beate moved to interRent, a car rental company, as the sales manager for Bavaria. With her participative and motivating management style, she successfully led the team from the lowest turnover in Germany to the second-highest within one year, achieving an almost 40% increase in turnover. Despite a car accident in 1987 that took her out of professional life for five months, her team remained stable and continued to succeed in their new direction.

In 1989, Beate decided to become self-employed. She did not want to follow interRent's new direction after its merger with Europcar, despite a tempting offer to move to management in Hamburg. During her recovery from the car accident, she realized her natural talent for managing people and decided to focus on this ability in various ways.

Beate underwent various leadership trainings over the years, including Mastery University with Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy's Leadership and Sales Program, and training as a Senior Facilitator with Chinese Master Mantak Chia and as a Certified Facilitator with Access Consciousness. She also learned to use pragmatic diagnostic tools for personality and competence development, studied part-time to complete her Master of Science degree, and gradually built up her company.

Together with her husband, Martin Nimsky, Beate founded the "Institute for Intrinsic Competence" in Germany. The institute aims to help people access their innermost potential, identify and dissolve blockages, and live their individual talents. Beate and her husband are not only booked for leadership training to build relationship competence at the C-level or coaching for board members but also for strategy conferences where she provides insights for vision and mission development, adapting and moderating them to the company's orientation. They work with companies from various industries, including white goods, automotive, engineering, credit unions, financial services, real estate, horticulture, mobile homes, and food retail.

Beate has always been interested in networking and uses the BEMER® system in her energy work, which regulates bio-electromagnetic energy in the body and contributes to physical health.

She also founded NEVSA Coaching & Consulting LLC in Miami and the Nimsky Academy, offering special seminars and online courses for women who want to develop into conscious leaders or are already successful and want to reach the next level.

Beate's personal motto is: BAM - Business Anders Machen (Business Done Different). She approaches her work integratively, participatively, appreciatively, with a focus on success and results, supportive, and with a lot of fun and love for life.

Beate is a curious and interested person who continually evolves. From 1987 to 1997, she accompanied Chinese master Mantak Chia, translated for him from English into German, and was trained by him in the Universal TAO. She remains a senior teacher in this system. Beate holds a Master of Science in Coaching and is trained in NLP, NEP, meditation, autogenic training, and mental training. She has attended Anthony Robbins' Leadership Academy twice, is qualified to facilitate Brian Tracy's seminars, and is a Master Trainer for personal diagnostic systems like INSIGHTS MDI and OutmatchASSESS. Since 2014, she has studied the Access Consciousness system and is a Certified Facilitator.
