Peter Haschke

Peter Haschke is an assistant professor of political science at the University of North Carolina Asheville. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in 2014. His current research explores mechanisms of state perpetrated violence in democracies. At UNC-A, he teaches courses in comparative politics, electoral systems, conflict, violence, and human rights, as well as political methodology. He is a principal investigator with the Political Terror Scale project.
