Debbie Mascioli

Debbie Mascioli, an executive director on the John Maxwell team, is certified as a coach, speaker, and trainer. She is a Christian conciliator, mediator, and conflict coach through Peacemaker University. Debbie is an entrepreneur, founder of a nonprofit women’s ministry, and an international speaker. She has also published a Christian women’s magazine.

Married to her soulmate, Pastor Sammy, Debbie has been counseling, mentoring, and discipling women for 25 years. She is a mom to four amazing young people whom she adores, an energetic, loyal friend to many, and a loving author to her readers.
