His extensive multi-disciplinary research has investigated the neural basis of reasoning in veterans, healthy adults, adolescents, and individuals with disorders including dementia, brain injury, and autism spectrum disorders. Krawczyk's research on U.S. Veterans has helped to understand rehabilitation of reasoning strategies after traumatic brain injury and was funded by the Department of Defense. Social reasoning skills across cultures were evaluated due to support from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). He has appeared on television, radio, & frequently in print media.
